Intellectual property

The texts, logos and graphic elements of this website are protected by Moroccan Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited, except for short quotations with mention of the source. The call for papers may be freely circulated in full, without alteration.

Personal data

This website uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising and no embedded social media button. It sets no tracking cookie. Fonts are served by the website itself. The host, Cloudflare, technically processes IP addresses and connection data needed to deliver pages and protect the website; it may set a strictly technical security cookie.

Messages and proposals sent to contact@cipoc.org are forwarded by Cloudflare’s email routing service to the organising committee’s mailbox. The data they contain (names, rank, institution, email address, abstract and full paper) are used only to review proposals and organise the conference, including the programme and any publication. They are not sold or passed on, and are kept for no more than two years after the conference, except for published texts.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 of 18 February 2009, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@cipoc.org. You may also contact the national data protection authority (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.
